Leading for Impact, We’re Marching On…

Leading for Impact- Supporting Success for All Students

The Rest of the Story…finding the answers, picking up where we left on in June.

What can leaders do to transform their schools into places that:

*value both adult & student learning;

*where collaboration is the norm for both teachers & students;

*where engaging and rigorous instruction occurs in every classroom?

Guiding Questions

1. How Can We use Knight’s Core Questions for Impact Schools to guide our individual & collective practices?

2. What critical teaching behaviors are the focus of our district instructional improvement plan?

3. How can we most effectively engage faculties at resprective schools in creating instructional targets?

4.What non-negotiables- for ourselves, for leaders at all levels, for teachers, for students-support attainment of goals in 1 page Instructional Target?
