1. How Can We use Knight’s Core Questions for Impact Schools to guide our individual & collective practices?
2. What critical teaching behaviors are the focus of our district instructional improvement plan?
3. How can we most effectively engage faculties at resprective schools in creating instructional targets?
4.What non-negotiables- for ourselves, for leaders at all levels, for teachers, for students-support attainment of goals in 1 page Instructional Target?
Our never-ending story, marching on with the change and standing firm in the belief that we are working towards a CULTURAL SHIFT- FROM IT IS ABOUT TEACHING TO IT IS ABOUT LEARNING. Learning for a new generation. Learning to be college/career ready, not just college and career eligible. Learning to work as a team of equals with a focused, specific and rigorous vision. Creating a partnership with in our whole community. Central Office-Adminstration-Teachers-Students-Parents all working together, collaboratively and effectively in pursuit of the same vision.
